We operate with a ‘Closed Loop Policy” for withdrawals. This is to ensure funds are processed back to the initial funding method and protect customer and business alike.
This means that your withdrawal may be split across multiple payment methods when specific method(s) have pending net balances.
I frequently use different payment methods, how do I know which payment method I should use for my withdrawal request?
If you have different payment methods registered, the important thing to remember is your net deposit.
How do I calculate my Net Balance?
You can calculate your Net Deposit, by applying the below formula:
Total Deposits - Total Withdrawals = Net Deposits
Example:
You have first deposited £10.00 with card A and after that you have used your Skrill account in order to deposit £15.00. You now have winnings on the account that you would like to withdraw. You are requesting £10.00 via Skrill. The withdrawal request will be reverted by our payment team and processed it to card A.
If you want to withdraw £20.00, which is higher than the amount deposited with card A, £10.00 will be sent to your card A and £10.00 to your Skrill account.
