You can set the following limits on your account from the Limits section of your account menu:
Daily, weekly, or monthly deposit, wagering & loss limits can be set and changed here. Decreases happen instantly but increases need to be approved by you by returning to the Limits section after 24 hours has passed.
Our limits are rolling, if you have a £100 daily deposit limit & you deposit £100 at 10am, you will not be able to deposit again until 10am the following day (24 hours after your initial deposit).
If you have a £200 weekly deposit limit & you deposit £200 at 10am on a Wednesday, you will not be able to deposit again until 10am the following week (7 days after your initial deposit).
If you have a £500 monthly deposit limit & you deposit £500 at 10am on a Wednesday, you will not be able to deposit again until 10am the following rolling month (30 days after your initial deposit).
You can also return to the Limits section to see your ‘current limit’ and ‘amount before limit is reached’.
Additionally, the Safer Gambling Team may restrict certain activities on your account from time to time, based on the controls that we have to identify any customer that may be at risk of experiencing gambling related harm. We will contact you if this happens so please check your email and make sure your contact details are up to date.
