We operate a Closed Loop policy for withdrawals. In simple terms: the funds you deposit from a particular payment method (debit card, e-wallet, etc.), are directed back to that same payment method.
This system helps to balance the payments to and from each of your payment methods.
I frequently use different payment methods, how do I know which payment method I should use for my withdrawal request?
The payment cashier will automatically determine which payment method your withdrawal should be directed to. In some cases, it will split your withdrawal between your payment methods.
What are Net Deposits?
The payment cashier uses a figure called “Net Deposits” to determine which of your payment methods a withdrawal should be directed to. You can calculate your Net Deposits by applying the following formula:
Total Deposits - Total Withdrawals = Net Deposits
For example, you have two cards; you have deposited £10 from card A and £15 from card B. You wish to make a withdrawal of £10. The cashier will direct your withdrawal to card B, as you have deposited the most from this card and withdrawing to card B help to balance your net deposits.
What shall I do if my payment method is no longer in use?
Should you wish to remove a payment method which is no longer in use, please contact us at payments@daznbet.com.
Typically, removing a payment method with outstanding net deposits will require either a direct replacement card to be added, or evidence from your bank confirming that the account has been closed. Where a payment method is still in use, the outstanding net deposits must be cleared before it can be removed.
