Failed deposits can occur for several reasons and vary depending on which deposit method is used.
The most common error message for a failed debit card deposit is “Declined by Payment Provider.” If a deposit is rejected for this reason please contact your card issuer for more information. The same applies if you don’t receive the OTP (one time passcode) to complete the operation from your payment provider.
Another common reason that a deposit can fail is due to a technical issue with the device you are using, and some simple troubleshooting can solve the issue. Please click the following link to see the steps you can take - Technical issues.
If you receive an error message that states, “You have exceeded your deposit limits for today” this is due to a limit set on your account having been reached whether a Deposit Limit or a Net Deposit Limit. You may need to reduce the amount that you wish to deposit to keep within the limits that have been set on your account.
Furthermore, all DAZN Bet accounts currently have a £500 daily deposit limit that will cap the amount you can deposit into your account.
Did you know that we offer a number of payment methods you can choose from to fund your account? You can check them all in the following link: Deposit Methods – DAZN Bet.
