If your game isn't working or you've received an error message, you can often fix this by clearing your cache and cookies. The method for doing this is different for each internet browser. A quick guide for how to do this on the more popular browsers can be found below:
• Firefox: go to the menu icon Click on History Clear recent history Details. Select Cookies and Cache and click on Clear now
• Chrome: go to More tools Clear browsing data Select Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files Select Clear browsing data
• Safari: go to Preferences Privacy Details Remove All
• Microsoft Edge: go to Settings Privacy & services Clear Browsing Data Choose what to clear Tick 'Cached images and files' & 'Cookies and other site data' Clear now
• Internet Explorer: go to Tools Internet Options General Temporary Internet files Delete files
• Apps: You can clear the cache and cookies on an app by deleting and re-installing the app in question.
Alternatively, you can try and access your account from a different device as this can also resolve small technical issues on occasion.
